Business should not always think for maximizing profits. It must give some return to the customer. Apart from maximizing shareholders worth, it must ensure quality and maximum satisfaction to its customers. For this reason law in business should be less complex and should provide sufficient provisions for consumers. Commercial law in local and international arena becomes complex day by day. Every government should think for how easy law can be made in order to achieve globalization targets.
