New Type of Transactions found in Warehouse Report

Thanks for forwarding the report. Last couple of months. Warehouse Report is showing some new types of transactions in the "Remarks" column of the report which look most similar to IDTM transactions. But I am bit confused as I have not seen any reflection in the stated issues. It would be great if you can confirm me the following:

Are these transfers from Released Stock/Unreleased Stock OR direct transfers from suppliers to Plant?

Are these Rejected Materials included in the current Stock OR Rejected from Under Test?

Normally, every receipt must happen through either GRN (Goods Receiving Note) or IDTM (Inter Department Transfer Memo). Every issue/transfer must happen through FO/FLP or IDTM (Inter Department Transfer Memo). None of transfers were shown in issue column. 

I think, there is a gap in Warehouse's understanding. Could you please see the issue. Annual Production plan as per ABP 2014 is attached here with.
