Can you please schedule the above meeting, recurring every week on Monday, between 05.00 pm to 07.00 pm, till the UAT phase is completed. This is a very critical meeting where we will discuss the following topics for every module :

1. Total no of UAT Scenario per module, Total no of UAT scenario attempted till date, Total no of UAT scenario completed successfully,

2. Total no of additional requests for :

a. New UAT scenario

b. New Customization

c. New Report

3. Total no of Issues per module, Total no of issues resolved till date, Highlight of critical issues not resolved

4. Expected date of UAT scenario completion by module leaders

5. Documentation status , for each module,

a. User Guide

b. UAT Scenario document update

6. Depot Interface status update à Hrishikesh

7. VAT testing status update à Gautam Jha

At the end of the meeting, we will summarize the status of the Project and send it to the Senior Management of KPMG & SONATA for their review.
