UAT execution and Report customization under Oracle EBS R12.1

As discussed today morning, each of the UAT groups need to complete & agree the health check of their respective UATs within their group and update the following:

1. UAT Scenario status -> Please review the existing UAT Status report within the group and have a complete agreement between KPMG team and IT team

2. Open Issue status -> Need to have agreement between KPMG & IT Team

3. Identification of New Reports & Customization -> KPMG team has already completed the draft. Please review it with Sonata IT for their agreement

4. OBI Report -> Please review the OBI reports for your respective department as per the attachment and have a complete agreement on their priority.


I will request following teams to forward the summary of the above 4 points to team by COB tomorrow (16-June-2013) :

1. Finance
2. Purchasing
3. Inventory, FG Store
4. Order Management
5. OPM 

Once we get your files, we will give a final review between IT Team, Finance Team  & me on Tuesday ( 17-June-2013) and finalize the list of additional customization & reports that are business critical. Request you again to complete the above by COB on 16-June-2013.
