Your given problem is solved in MIS but please inform this correction to respective others departments like accounts, planning , ware house and so on. Because your QC Analysis date is Feb 2013.
I would like to inform you that QC has released below previously rejected raw material.
Please find the latest version of project issue register for review. We need to revert back to the KPMG team in case of any concerns, observations or further gaps. Please note that all future changes have to go through a change management as per KPMG team’s recommendation. Do revert back to the IT team regarding any concerns at the earliest.
Enclosed pls. find herewith the list of the above material which were send at your plant in several times but Release status not provide at our QC.
As a result from long time these items are shown in MIS as a negative figure.If you send the release status from your QC to our QC then it will be release and qty will be zero.
Therefore, you are requested to take measures for the above purpose.
Please note that an emergency meeting has been scheduled to finalize the item master on the 23rd March, 2013 (Saturday) between 01:00PM and 02:00PM at the project room i.e. 1st floor ICD. Looking forward to see you in the discussion session.
