Discussion on Item Master-ERP Implementation Guide

After analyzing the following problem we have found two crucial points that you and other respective people need to consider. They are:

1. The store people have already issued 1800000g quantity (which is greater than 1760000 g) from previously released quantity of 1920000 g. So, if you want to change the released and rejected quantity now, you have to release 1800000 g and reject 120000g. It can’t be 1760000 g and 160000g.

2. This transaction happened on 31st January 2013. So, if the released and rejected quantity are changed, all the following records from 31st dates will be affected in monthly stock report.
 

Please let us know your decisions and acknowledge respective departments.


As per earlier discussion here I am sending the fixed assets register-2012, which have been provided you earlier. We got lots of problem there like spelling mistake, inconsistency format and wrong coding.


We also required the Plant wise ledger figure which format we have already provided you earlier.


So I would like to request you please rearrange the all register as per KPMG format as well as Sonata fixed assets Format.

Thanks for all the hard work that you all have been putting for this project.

As discussed in the last 10 days, tomorrow (Saturday, 23-Mar-2013) is the final submission for the following data masters :

1) Sonata Corporate Item Master

2) OPM General Data Master

3) OPM Quality Data Master

4) OPM Costing Data Master

Please coordinate your activities so that the above 4 data masters are completed and submitted tomorrow.

I have promised to give you a revised project plan. This will help you in coordinating the schedules for Validation activities and Oracle TAM review. The new project plan will be highly dependent on the completion of the above data masters by tomorrow.

If we are unable to get the above masters by tomorrow, I will have no other choice but to delay the project milestones. I will give you a detailed revised project plan on Sunday ( 24-Mar-2013) after reviewing the status of the deliverables tomorrow.

In the meantime, we are all set to start the TRAINING sessions from tomorrow.

Can you please coordinate with the key users tomorrow so that we can get all the files by tomorrow 02.00 pm.
