We have created a prioritized list of 20-25 finance reports based on our understanding.

These reports will be developed and available for use as on the Go-live date.

The other reports in the list will be made available as soon as they are developed post the Go Live date.

Please forward the same to Head of Finance and Head of IT to review if the prioritization is correct.

I gone through the mail and attachment. Within 20 reports we need as follows

Financial Statement need for all the sister concerns as Consolidated and Monthly Basis.

Trade Gift and Sample Report.

Location wise Fixed Assets Addition, Disposal and Written Down Value Report

Month wise PO Status Report.

Please do not consider now monthly Operating Budget.

Please find the Serial Number-06 business logic Mentioned "Product wise" it will be Batch wise.

For your information:

With 20 reports we added the above mentioned report and discard one report name Operating Budget.

All the reports need monthly basis then we can do quarterly basis and as well as yearly Basis.

Added the Sheet containing the new reports.


Please note that the financial statements will be developed by us using a tool called Financial Statements Generator-FSG (mentioned in comments column). We will develop one set of financial statements as a sample and the remaining will be developed by you and other finance superusers with our help. We shall provide training on this tool. Hence, we have not included all the financial statements in the Custom Reports prioritization. Please review the updated list and let us know of any concerns and clarifications.
