Introduction to private law and public law - Legal Methodology

Indeed, in legal language, the word "right" has a double meaning. The right, or right goal is the set of rules of conduct governing relations between men. These rules are grouped in codes (Civil Code, Highway Traffic Act, Criminal Code, etc.)
Subjective rights are the prerogatives that the law recognizes an individual or group of individuals which they may invoke in their dealings with people or with things (eg. The right to vote, the right to property, the right to respect for private life). The right holder is traditionally referred to as the "subject" of rights; Hence it is the expression of individual rights.
What are the divisions of law? Law is divided into two groups: public law and private law.
Public law is the set of rules that organize the functioning of a state and govern the relations of the state and its agents with individuals. It is divided into several branches: constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, tax law.Private law is the set of rules that govern the relationships between individuals or communities with private (companies, associations, etc.). It is divided into several branches: civil law, commercial law, labor law, etc.
Legal methodology aims to explore ways and means to achieve the desired results with a constant concern for legal certainty.
Knowledge of the law is not limited to the knowledge of the texts, it involves the acquisition of appropriate methods, based on a logic of the various arguments, technical instruments, classifications, qualifications, precise terminology, techniques of adequate expression. This involves processes specific information, coordination, interpretation.
