Thank you for your feedback. The Quality Assurance Divisions -QAD were primarily on the Facility level, but changed to a separate division after a meeting with Plant Manager.

As such, the individual QA do not have solely dedicated manpower who does testing for each unique plant, but rather QAD I does it for all 4 plants, similar QAD II works for both CPF and RCPF.

As for the costing questions, I am not aware of how the following will happen, so please go over this issue with Costing Consultant from KPMG. IT user himself has confirmed that the default cost center for employees will be picked, but Costing Team can overwrite that value. So, if Head of Engineering allocates someone for Head Office and for each plant, that persons salary should have that Cost center.

As the Washing Plant does not cater to any facility in particular, but rather to all facilities, so it was treated as a common cost for all  Facilities, and not shown separately in Org Chart. Any employee working there are currently shown to be under Corporate HR and Plant HR.

There are currently two Distribution Departments, as per the information from Sales Manager and the OSD Team. Please let me know if you foresee any problem in terms of costing and we will raise the issue.

I look forward to the meeting you told me, so that we can go over each issue one by one. Furthermore, I feel it is necessary for IT  to be a part of it since he should be able to shed more light on the matter. Please let me know when you wish to schedule the meeting.
