Expectations from ERP Systems and End-Users Support

Since long time we are trying to implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). We are working to implement the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) financial module in the following way. On behalf of core financial module, Super Users worked together for different financial module. We all try to get feed the experiences while we start any work for any module from the other concern financial people. 

According to that we share the knowledge to KPMG. For more clarifications sometimes we asked the concerned person at meeting and sometimes we brought KPMG consultant to the concerned financial person to make the financial module for more useful to the end user. 

Our other steps were AS IS (Existing business practice),TO-BE Process(Based on AS IS consultant designed the TO BE process),CRP, UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Before going to UAT we prepared module wise business scenarios and set up the Oracle accordingly. All the steps we did together anyway. 

Again we might have some gap somewhere so that I’m requesting all of you to give us support with your fact experiences. We will appreciate to all of you if we get any constructive feedback from you. Apart from this we have COSTING Module. This module solely covered by Costing Super User. I would like to request him to give us requirements in detail level to get the actual cost as per cost center. It might be from LCM (Landed Cost Management) and GL (General Ledger)module.

I’m Sorry to say you till to date I found we all are not that much active regarding ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Financial module. Even though if there are any mail did not get any feedback from the most of the person. We will not success if all we do not try together.
