The immediate road map for the ERP Implementation team

The immediate road map for the team is as following :


1. Finalizing the COA values by the Sonata Key Users à Please give me a tentative plan date when you want to complete this exercise.

a. From Sonata side, Super users are required to sign-off this document

b. KPMG team is available for supervision. If needed, we will also request Consultants  for the Costing sub-ledger.

2. After the completion of step-1, KPMG will demonstrate Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, Trial Balance

3. Then discussion on Cash Flow statements & Schedules will start.

Please make necessary provision for General Manufacturing facility (GMF), Herbal Plant and Sonata Limited in the ERP system.

We have taken those 3 entities in our HR Org Structure.

From the financial point of view, we have clearly documented all of the organizations and legal entities. However, KPMG team is proceeding with Sonata only for UAT. They promised us that it’ll be available in the production instance. This is FYI only.
