Resignation letter submitted by one of my colleagues

You were a perfect supervisor anyone can have. I am really privileged to have you as my first boss. You have taken care of my every mistakes from day 1 till now and made me learn from them in best possible ways. Your ways of teaching was unique and it made me learn to work more perfectly. Thanks for being so patient in those silly mistakes I used to do. You made me learn working effectively with greater efficiency. Its you for whom my transition period of Academic pages to Corporate world was smoother and a memorable one indeed.

I don’t consider you as only my boss but also a friend in true nature. Your suggestions and advises were really time worthy and I have learnt a lot form them. Knowing a person like you was the best thing happened during my short stay. I can only dream off becoming someone like you.

I had no intention of leaving the job but the current scenario of the management position really hurts me. It is filled with biased and favoritism attitude towards a group of employees. Besides being intern two different people enjoys different opportunities (for instance one can use transport facility and for other its forbidden). Probably I’m the oldest (in terms of duration) intern ever had.

I have already given you the necessary data and files on which I used to work. I have also saved them on the desktop of the computer I was given. If in any cases, you have to go through something that I haven’t given, all my works from first till date has been saved in the E drive of that computer. You will find everything there if needed.

I would like to request you on something. Please release me an experience certificate of 17 months starting from June 19th 2012 to 31st October 2013. I can at least utilize it for my future reference.

Moreover, if for any reason I have to help you on something please let me know. I will be always available and glad to work for you.
