We will have urgent downtime for UAT instance

I have to go to my university tomorrow for resolving some serious issues (my final grades and submitting degree declaration form) as the Dean of my University is going away. So i'm sorry for not being able to come office tomorrow (Tuesday, 21st May). In Sha Allah I will be regular from Wednesday onward.

Please find the attached file regarding Plant & Machinery which has been send to KPMG for UAT purposes.


Due to unforeseen problem, we need to have urgent downtime for UAT instance.

Please inform key users and/or end users that UAT environment will be unavailable till 3:30pm.

Please read the message from one KPMG consultants below regarding the down time of the UAT instance. Once the instance is up, we will notify you to progress with the testing. Thanks.

Please change the qty. in IDTM no. 06311 and C.Code no. 0307 due to rejected by Rajendrapur Plant. We were issued this item 250,000 gm from our quarantined to Rajendrapur Plant. After testing they rejected 125000 gm and released 125000 gm. As we issued our MIS, our QC is not able to release or reject until qty. will not reduced to 125000 gm.

Therefore, you are requested to reduce this qty in IDTM.
