Please schedule the kick-off meeting for the ‘Project-A UAT Kick-off’ session tomorrow from 02.00 pm to 02.45 pm. Note the following points for the meeting :
1. All key process owners , along with the IT team, can be present for the meeting
2. We also need to finalize list of TESTERS , per department, for the testing.
3. It will be a joint session between Sonata key process owners, DHC & KPMG team.
You can schedule this meeting in IBD, 1st-floor for the above time slot. Let me know if it will an issue.
We need the updated costing UAT test script by today. Please send me the file as early as possible.
After discussion with Commercial Manager I have understood that we will have to remove the Manufacturing Lic no. from packaging as it is not appropriate. And I would like to request you to provide us the approved source name for Evening Primrose Oil so that 5 kg order can be submitted for pilot batch production.
This is for your information and necessary action please
Actually I strongly object to Commercial Manager about this no during packaging development, anyway now we have to gum it out (pls. Contact PM store & Mrs. Bilquis for smooth execution of this operation).
The approved source of evening primrose oil (last 2ltr) is Liaoning Jiashi Nutrition Plant, China - min. 5 ltr will be required for one Product Development lot.
Please share me the price of the following items –
1) Citronella
2) Eucalyptus oil
3) Peppermint oil
Update me the status of the following –
1) Ginseng & Ginkgo biloba RM samples from SinoVida, Canada
2) Black seed oil pilot batch raw material
3) Purchase status of Evening primrose oil pilot batch sample
