I have consulted with GM sir
regarding the Material Disposition Request-MDR and he advised us to discard Opidron 5mL Inj. from this
Material Disposition Request list. As there will be some other concern which needs to be sorted out
along with Opidron 5mL Inj. As such, we are planning to put this item in
our next FG MDR (Material Disposition Request).
As such, I’m returning back the
documents that you have provided me earlier and please send us updated MDR (Material Disposition Request)
accordingly.
Please see the attached file to
realize FG store items at Uzirpur site which were found broken during
transportation and which are expired at our premise. As we have no option but
to recover these, we are requesting your kind consideration to raise an MDR (Material Disposition Request) as
per attached list. Once it is done, we will proceed accordingly.

As you know, we are
going to produce and market a mosquito repeller (MOSQUIT) soon. In this
regard, we seek few details relevant to this product, as stated below, to Cost for it. Before
Costing we need a Formulation Order (FO) or Bills of Materials, Labour
Requirements and Overhead Details. As the Herbal is not completed yet,
it will pose a problem to find out the actual Overhead structure. However,
for an estimation, could you please give us the following information:
- Estimated Batch Size of the Product (we assume 15000 bottles)
- Estimated Capacity of the Machine per Hour
- Estimated Machine Hours per Batch
- Cost of the Machine and its useful life
- Estimated labour Hours in a Batch
- FO+FLP or Bill of materials (List of materials in a container)
