I have attached the general data master of Potent 1 and Potent 2 to this mail. In these files you will find the list of operations, activities and resources of Potent 1 and Potent 2.

If you are not being able to figure out the operations and activity from the previous files then from the attached files you can get a clear view.

 

We would like a meeting with Finance team and all KPMG finance members before you leave to discuss outstanding issues. We would like the KPMG Consultant to be on the call as well.  The problem we are facing is that different KPMG team members are giving different advice on some issues particularly related to costing. What you discussed in yesterday’s meeting was different from what was communicated thus far.

I think it is best there is one meeting to iron out all issues with your and KPMG Consultant’s participation so there is no confusion going forward and we can resolve outstanding issues.Please confirm at what time is best for this.

 

Please mobilize the finance team and necessary documentation at 4:00PM today for the below mentioned discussion at the VC studio (HO 2^nd floor conference room).   

Please be informed that Cost Centers relative to all Sonata plants have been finalized recently as in the Red CONSOL(2) sheet of the attached. For HR Module & Fixed Assets Module all Sonata Fixed Assets and Employees are to be arranged plant-wise as per the Operations mentioned in the Red Tabbed sheets of Plants. Secondary Packing Area and 8.5MW Power Plant, these two items have been included in the Department in COA (Chart of Accounts).
