Necessary setups are configured in the system for Warehouse

The OPM team can avail transactions in the system only when all the necessary setups are configured in the system and data masters are ready. So far, there are some barriers to that:

1. In RGMF, it’s only been decided that which all products will be manufactured there, but the equipment list is yet not finalized , its under installation only. Until we get that list, we cannot finalize the data master for that.

2. For Oncology, packaging materials are yet not finalized. So, we can’t finalize the formula, routing, recipes etc. Moreover, we need the org code, inv-org , sub-inventory org configurations for that too in the system. We are not sure if it’s there in the system or not.

3. Herbal: There is no data for these products and need to confirm if system is configured yet to do transaction for them because it was initially out of scope.

4. API: once everything about API is finalized, data masters are ready and system is ready to do the transactions, OPM team will start doing transactions there.

The production processes for the said legal entities apart from Sonata are not covered in ERP as it was not part of our initial project scope. As a result, Costing is facing the difficulties in executing such scenarios. I am attaching the IO structure that was agreed by SONATA for your reference.
