Material Loan demonstrated to SCM users: Points discussed are:

· New responsibility will be created for Material loan which will have access to create the lots and will be issued and receipt.

· Report format will be worked by inventory and costing and will be given for development. for material loan.

KPMG Consultants will discuss in CRP instance of material loan scenario. He suggest by using Misc. Transaction Form we will receive and issue material with separate responsibility like “Sonata M01 Loan Inventory User” which will have access to create the lots because in our normal Misc. Transaction Form have some personalization.

So we request to you please create a separate responsibility in UAT instance for UAT testing.

I can understand that you could not attend COSTING UAT today afternoon because of business work. As you know that we had already missed the UAT last Saturday, also because of your other commitments.

I will request you to join the Costing UAT tomorrow from 10.30 am till 06.00 pm ( except for BUDGET conference call with KPMG between 12.00 noon to 01.30 pm).

We have got a very good momentum on the Costing UAT in the last few days and we need to maintain the momentum till the UAT is completed. I will request you to get some of the OPM key users for the costing UAT purposes for the next 2 weeks.
