Revised Issue Register & ERP UAT Scope List of Finance

Please see the revised Finance - Issue Register & ERP UAT Scope List as on the 25th July, 2013.

Please coordinate with the Finance team (relevant key users) to close down the issues listed in the Issue register & marked as “Parking Lot” in the “Status” column. I have closed down most of the issues, but these ones need expert opinion from Financial and end user point of view. Let me know in case of any concerns.


As discussed with you all before, I want to complete the above exercise on day-after tomorrow (30-Jul-2013). This will be the final road-map to complete all ERP UAT & Open Issues within the month of Aug-2013. Internally, KPMG team has already completed the initial draft for all the modules. Before finalizing and publishing it to the team, I want some of the key persons in our company to review and share their observations about the plan.

So I have requested IT team to give me time slots (One hour each), on 30-Jul-2013, to finalize the ERP UAT Scenarios and Open Issues resolution’ schedule for the following :


1. OPM Financials

2. Finance and G/L Team

3. SCM Supply Chain Team

4. HR & Payroll Team

5. Projects & EAM (Engineering Assets Management)


After our agreement on the above schedule, it will be published and monitored on daily basis till we complete ERP UAT and resolve all the Open Issues.
