A lawyer is a person who is trained and specialized in the law even if he does not provide legal advice to other. 

Attorneys are also known as lawyers. Attorneys educated from law school and can also select law as a profession. One of the principal steps associated with becoming an attorney is sitting for the bar examination. An attorney should pass the bar examination to be eligible to practice law within a specific jurisdiction.
